Summer Meals – Fuel Up for Summer Fun! Port Angeles, Wash. - Boys & Girls Clubs of the Olympic Peninsula – Mount Angeles Unit in Port Angeles and the Carroll C. Kendall Club in Sequim - are once again coordinating the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) summer lunch program in Sequim and Port Angeles.  

Free, nutritious sack lunches will be made available at no charge to children 18 years and younger Wednesday, June 21 through Friday, August 25, Monday through Friday.  There will be no service on Tuesday, July 4th.

Parents do not have to accompany their children for the child to receive a free lunch. 

In addition breakfast, also free, will be served at the Port Angeles Boys and Girls Club at 8:00 a.m.

The program is offered through the Summer Food Service Program, administered by the Washington State Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction, and funded by the USDA.
